Current support is scheduled and project-based. We do not offer emergency service, 24/7 monitoring, a managed IT help desk, enterprise network installation, or support for regulated-data systems.
Workshop services
We start by finding the problem. Then we explain your options and help you decide whether a repair, upgrade, or replacement makes the most sense.

Need more storage, more memory, or help installing a new component? We can recommend and install compatible parts, including parts you already purchased when they are a good match.

We may be able to recover accessible files from a working or partially working drive, but recovery is never guaranteed. Physically damaged drives or irreplaceable files may need a specialized data-recovery company.
